Begin the Christmas season with a visit to America’s largest home, the Biltmore Estate.  Your Candlelight Evening ticket  includes two day admission to estate grounds: Antler Hill Village & Winery, gardens, shops, and restaurants.

Sunday November 3, 2024- Travel to your overnight accommodations in Mount Vernon Kentucky. Rest breaks and an on your own lunch break will be made enroute. Rest breaks are made every 2-2.5 hours. Tour the Kentucky Music Hall of Fame and enjoy an included BBQ Dinner and Entertainment prior to check in at your Mount Vernon Hotel.

Monday November 4, 2024- Breakfast included. Continue traveling to Ashville, North Carolina. Lunch on your own, followed by a step on guided tour of Ashville. This evening includes Candlelight admission for a self-guided audio tour of the Biltmore house. You have access to 8000 acres of Gardens and Antler Hill Village & Winery. Free Wine Tastings are available at the Winery. Not enough time? Tomorrow we head back to the Biltmore! Overnight accommodations in Ashville, NC.

Tuesday November 5, 2024- Check out and Breakfast stop prior to 10am entrance back into the Biltmore. Visit The Chihuly exhibition. Experience Dale Chihuly’s awe-inspiring works of art await you within the intimate gallery setting of Amherst at Deerpark. Dale Chihuly is an award-winning American artist renowned internationally for pushing the boundaries of glass art with his intricate and large-scale glass sculptures. Lunch included in the Biltmore’s Stable Cafe. Depart the Biltmore and travel to your overnight accommodations in Beckley, West Virginia.

Wednesday November 6, 2024- Breakfast included. Stop at the J. M. Smucker Co Store and continue traveling home. Rest breaks and an on your own lunch break will be made enroute.

Payments & Cancellations A $300.00 per person deposit is due with your reservation form to guarantee your seat on this tour. Reservations are first come, first served. Full payment is due no later than September 30, 2024. You have the right to cancel your reservation and receive a full refund prior to September 30, 2024. Any cancellation made after September 30, 2024 will not be granted a refund unless a replacement can be found. 

This tour requires a minimum of 30 passengers. In the unlikely event that Parrott’s Tours cancels this tour, all money paid will be refunded.

Pick Up Points & Departure Times Pick up points and departure times will be determined at a later date. Three weeks prior to departure, you will be mailed a letter, detailed itinerary, and luggage tags.
