PAYMENTS and CANCELLATIONS : $500.00 per person deposit is due with your reservation form to guarantee your seat on this tour. $100.00 of the deposit is Non-Refundable. Reservations for this trip can not be taken online. Please come into our office, call, or mail your deposit and registration form to Parrott’s Tours. Full payment is due by May 2, 2022. You have the right to cancel your reservation prior to May 2, 2022. Cancellations made after May 2, 2022 will not be granted a refund, unless a replacement can be found. Parrott’s Tours reserves the right to cancel this tour if less than 30 people have made paid reservations by April 22, 2022. In the event Parrott’s Tours cancels this trip, all money paid will be refunded.
