Free Time

Sunday November 26, 2023- Travel Day. Sit back, relax, and make new friends as we travel to our overnight accommodations in Lewisburg Pennsylvania. Rest stops are made approximately every 2.5 hours. An on your own lunch stop will also be made enroute. Dinner will be on your own, with plenty of restaurants surrounding the hotel.

Monday November 27, 2023- Breakfast included prior to check out. Today we will travel the rest of the way to New York. Upon arrival you’ll visit Chelsea Market, one of the greatest indoor food and retail marketplaces in the world. Here grab lunch on your own prior to our step on guided sightseeing tour of New York City! Dinner is included this evening prior to check in at our Times Square accommodations. Our accommodations for the next 3 evenings are a half mile from Rockefeller Center.

Tuesday November 28, 2023- Breakfast included before our day begins with the Christmas Spectacular Radio City Rockettes. The remainder of the day is free time. Lunch and dinner on your own while you explore New York City!

Wednesday November 29, 2023- Breakfast included before we travel to the 911 Memorial & Museum. We’ll have a private Ground Zero guided tour which also includes admission to the 911 Museum & Observatory. After the tour the day will be yours to enjoy more free time. Lunch and dinner on your own while you explore the New York City sites. This evening at Rockefeller Center will be the Christmas Tree Lighting!

Thursday November 30, 2023- Breakfast included. Check out and depart our New York City accommodations to head to Battery Park. This morning we take the Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island Tour. Lunch on your own on Ellis Island prior to the ferry ride back. This afternoon we travel back to Lewisburg, PA for overnight accommodations at the same hotel we stayed with on night one. Dinner again on your own at a local restaurant.

Friday December 1, 2023- Breakfast included prior to check out and continuing our travel home. Rest breaks and lunch on your own will again be made enroute. Approximate arrival back to the Thumb area is 7pm.

Payments & Cancellations

A $500.00 deposit is due along with your Registration Form to reserve your seat on this tour. $250 of your deposit is non-refundable due to fees Parrott’s Tours will occur from vendors we have booked with. To reserve your seat on this tour, your deposit and registration form should be placed no later than August 1,2023. Reservations are first come, first served.

Final payments are due by October 1, 2023. Any cancellation that occurs after October 1, 2023 will not be granted a refund unless a replacement can be found. In the unlikely event that Parrott’s Tours cancels this tour, all money paid will be refunded. 52 seats are available on this tour. Once 52 seats have been reserved, a wait list will be started.

Pick Up Points & Departure Time

Pick up points and departure times will be determined 3 weeks prior to the tour, or once 30 passengers have made paid reservations. Pick up points will be determined by the number of passengers that have requested that location. Please list your preferred pick up location on the reservation form. All tours depart from Deckerville, MI. This tour travels east, with common pick up locations such as Sandusky, Peck, and Emmett.  This does not mean we would not have a pick up location such as Scott’s Quik Stop or St Columbkille. Location will be determined on the number of passengers being picked up in that location. A letter plus an itinerary including pick up locations, times, and luggage tags will be mailed 3 weeks prior to the tour.
