Payments & Cancellations

A $100 deposit is required to reserve your seat on this tour. Reservations and Deposits should be placed no later than August 31, 2022. You have the right to cancel your reservation and receive a full refund prior to August 31, 2022.

Final payments are due by September 12, 2022. Any cancellation made after August 31, 2022 will not be granted a refund unless a replacement can be found. In the unlikely event that Parrott’s Tours cancels this tour, all money paid will be refunded.

Pick Up Points & Departure Times

Pick up points and departure times will be determined on September 12, 2022 or once 30 passengers have made paid reservations. Pick up points will be determined by the number of passengers that have requested that location. Please list your preferred pick up location on the reservation form. The final pick up time, location, and itinerary will be mailed to you two weeks prior to departure.

By placing this order I or We agree and understand that Parrott’s Tours is acting only as coordinators for the various vendors, and are not liable nor responsible for the loss or damage to baggage or other personal articles. Parrott’s Tours reserves the right to change the itinerary of this tour at the discretion of the tour director due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
