The Detroit Opera House does require a covid vaccine or a 72 hour negative test. You are also required to wear a mask. Parrott’s Tours reserves the right to cancel this tour if less than 30 passengers have made a full payment prior to December 20, 2021. Full payment is due when reservation is made. Cancellations after the December 20th deadline will not be refunded, unless a replacement can be found. If Parrott’s Tours cancels this tour, all paid participants will be contacted and money refunded.
