Payments & Cancellations

A $500.00 per person deposit is due with your reservation form to guarantee your seat on this tour.

Reservations are first come, first served. Full payment is due no later than August 1, 2024. You have the

right to cancel your reservation and receive a full refund prior to August 1, 2024. Any cancellation made

after August 1, 2024 will not be granted a refund unless a replacement can be found. This tour requires a

minimum of 30 passengers. In the unlikely event that Parrott’s Tours cancels this tour, all money paid will

be refunded.

Pick Up Points & Departure Times

Pick up points and departure times will be determined at a later date.

Three weeks prior to departure, you will be mailed a letter, detailed itinerary, and luggage tags.
