Time for lunch and a bit of gaming before continuing west along the shores of Lake Michigan to the Chip-In Island Resort and Casino in Harris. The Island Resort and Casino features a 275 room hotel in 2 towers with an indoor pool and recreation facility. The casino features 24 hours gaming and over 1400 slot machines and all the popular table games. Visit one of the 3 different restaurants. There is also time to golf on the championship 18 hole golf course and enjoy the beautiful weather!!. After spending two nights at the casino, with all the amenities this resort has to offer, we will start our return trip via the shores of Lake Michigan with another stop at Kewadin Shores Casino for a bit of gaming and dinner before returning home at approximately 10:00 p.m. If there’s any interest this year, we will again visit the Northern Michigan Fair on Monday evening and transportation will be provided.
